Leadership Transitions

Please join the Executive Director/Organizational Leader Club for a special session on leadership transitions. We’ll begin with a short conversation about transitions at Posner and beyond, the issues that these transitions raise, and specific steps that you may be taking to respond and/or prepare.

As part of a 2017 Posner ICF grant award we’ll also be doing a Focus Group with the ED club specifically to gather information to be used to produce information on how best practices and recommendations can be brought to the Posner Center community. Specifically, the results of the grant will generate recommendations for organizations, board, staff and volunteers to best prepare for, move through, and onboard new leadership into their organizations. Further, the recommendations will also yield a training road map for 2018. We need you all to come to the ED club for the next meeting to get a full representation of organizations for the focus group.
