iDE oversaw Salesforce CRM training for all interested Tenants and Members at the Posner Center. Salesforce is the premier donor and project management tool for non-profits and businesses. The training included overview sessions, basic functionality, tailored topic workshops, administrator training, and one-on-one technical assistance from iDE and other experts.
