GLI, IYHA, Edge of Seven, and AfricAid had a common need for curriculum to teach business, entrepreneurship, and community leadership skills to women participating in their programs in East Africa. Funding from the ICF supported a researcher and staffing to develop a curriculum and tailor it to the unique circumstances in each project area in Uganda, Kenya, and Tanzania.
