Board Chair

Why am I at Posner?

To broaden the scope of social purpose real estate offerings in Denver. To elevate the cultural offerings of the neighborhood and to highlight the high caliber of international work occurring in Denver.

What gets me fired up?

Good food, good people and animated debates over beers. The 4-6-3 Double Play.

More about me:

I started my career working on large-scale historic preservation projects in Kansas City and St. Louis, including the former HD Lee Building (Lee Jeans) and a 1920’s Packard dealership. This sparked my interest in community-focused projects.

Ask me about:

Community projects in the River North neighborhood of Denver and The Source.

Some of my flashy credentials:

  • Steering Committee Member for Denver Shared Spaces Project.
  • LEED Accredited Professional.
  • I managed the Alliance Center, a multi-tenant nonprofit center housing sustainability organizations in downtown Denver. My experiences while at the Alliance Center, and the relationships built there, convinced me of the positive impact that shared space projects can have on the community.
  • Currently managing projects and financing for Zeppelin Development projects at TAXI, a mixed-use community on the Platte River in RiNo.
