Chris is VP of Finance & Development at Zeppelin Development. His work with the Posner Center is driven by his goals of broadening the scope of social purpose real estate offerings in Denver, elevating the cultural offerings of the Curtis Park / RiNO neighborhoods, and highlighting the high caliber of international work occurring in Denver.
Previously, Chris managed the Alliance Center, a multi-tenant nonprofit center housing sustainability organizations in downtown Denver. His experiences while at the Alliance Center, and the relationships built there, convinced him of the positive impact that shared space projects can have on the community. Chris started his career working on large-scale historic preservation projects in Kansas City and St. Louis, including the former HD Lee Building (Lee Jeans) and a 1920’s Packard dealership, which sparked his interest in community-focused projects. Chris is a LEED Accredited Professional and on the Steering Committee Member for Denver Shared Spaces Project.
