Ezzie Dominguez

Ezzie manages all Posner Center Community relations, such as Tenant leasing and the Community (Member) Program, as well as managing on-going building maintenance and repairs, and our contracted “concierge” services. Ezzie has been with the Posner Center for several years; first providing contracted janitorial services and then as the part-time Facilities Manager. It’s a place like home to her and she ensures it’s a welcoming and loving environment for our community of organizations working and collaborating together for a common goal of making the world a more prosperous and equitable place, regardless of color, language, origin or race.

A tireless learner and devoted mother and wife, she is a committed immigrant and refugee rights activist, and most recently a worker leader with Centro Humanitario and domestic worker organizer with the National Domestic Worker Alliance. Among her many other accomplishments, Ezzie is a trained expert in “green cleaning”, care for children and the elderly, advanced first aid & mental-health first aid certified, occupational safety and health, and has also spearheaded Posner Center’s new emergency preparedness and procedures plan.

Ezzie was born and raised in Guanajuato, Mexico and immigrated with her family in 1992. She lived and went to school in Texas. Ezzie’s native language is Spanish and she is fluent in English as a second language.  She was top 10 in her high school class, specializing in Business Management and Finances and is working on her B.A. in Organizational Development and HR.
