In our monthly Executive Director/Organizational Leader Club, we’ll focus on a big challenge for small nonprofits – creating impactful boards. Posner Tenant Kerri Drumm with Purpose Aligned Consulting will help lead a discussion on a key aspect of effective boards: creating a committee structure. She’ll share how boards should ideally function, what kinds of committees to establish, and how to organize committees to actually advance the work of your organization. Come to learn and bring your own questions as it relates to your board.
