Help Shape a New Chapter of Posner

Call for expression of interest in joining Posner Center Board of Directors

The Posner Center for International Development is Colorado’s preeminent organization providing a physical space and more for the community of non-governmental organizations, for-profit mission-driven business, academia and others working globally to improve lives, nature, and indeed our world, via collaborative international work.

The Posner Center Board of Directors is a working board seeking additional volunteer Board members to support the growth, management, and governance of the Posner Center.

The Posner Center Board of Directors serves as a strategic and governance partner for the Center’s Building Director, other staff, and contractors who help maintain and grow Posner’s co-working space, programming, and events. The Board of Directors meets monthly, both virtually and via in-person meetings, and each Member is expected to serve on a Board committee, as well as attend a majority of meetings. The time commitment for most Board members is approximately 3-5 hours per month.

While all skills and backgrounds will be considered, the current Board of Directors is seeking new members with complementary skills including executive leadership, fundraising, marketing, CFO / controller / accounting / finance backgrounds (for- and/or non-profit), and also international professional backgrounds, especially in the private sector. The Executive Committee consists of Chair, Vice Chair, Secretary and Treasurer, and there will be roles available in 2026.

Please submit expressions of interest on this form. Thank you.
