Joanna Rosa-Saenz is a bilingual, Denver-based community educator, advocate, and founder of Joanna Saenz Enterprises (J.S.E.), a faith-based international nonprofit rooted in violence prevention, education, advocacy, and allyship. With over 23 years of grassroots leadership, she serves youth and adults in schools, communities, and correctional settings addressing inequities and systemic barriers. Her 5 Pillars of Impact: Awaken, Align, Activate, Restore, and Transform Systems, drive leadership development, community empowerment, reentry support, restorative justice, and systems change. Through her You C.A.N. “Community Action Network” model, she transforms lived experience into purpose, leadership, and lasting generational transformation.
