Join CU Peru for an afternoon filled with food, wine and Peruvian culture. Chef Francesca Ruiz of Los Cabos will be guiding you through a culinary adventure as she teaches you how to make traditional Peruvian cuisine.
All proceeds will go toward health care trainings for community health workers from rural villages in the Peruvian Amazon. The menu will include:
- Peruvian Ceviche with sweet potatoes
- Peruvian-Style Paella with saffron rice, shrimp, chicken, red peppers and pork (a vegetarian option will also be available)
- Mango Mousse
- Peruvian-Style Sangría
All tickets include the three-course meal, sangria and two glasses of wine.
You will also receive recipe cards to take home so you can enjoy the taste of Peru all year long. Non-alcoholic drinks will be provided.
This is a unique way to celebrate Valentine’s Day with that special someone or a group of friends, all while avoiding the crowds and experiencing new foods!
