AfricAid presents Art & Soul: A 20th Anniversary Celebration, taking place at the Posner Center for International Development on August 14. Emceed by 9NEWS Anchor Anusha Roy, the event will feature two graduates of the mentoring programs AfricAid supports in Tanzania, who will share how their experience in the program helped them reach their academic and professional goals and become successful businesswomen today. Attendees of Art & Soul will have the chance to learn about the long-term impact of mentoring programming, pledge support for girls during a live-giving moment, and browse our silent auction, which will feature a variety of items, from vacation getaways to items designed by the program alumnae who have gone on to start their own businesses in Tanzania, and beyond.
