Network with other community members, professionals and advocates interested in creating healthy people and places at this community-led event. Learn about the basic connections and metrics between health and the built environment, as well as the built environment assets and opportunities in and around the Mestizo-Curtis Park Neighborhood. A tour the Mestizo-Curtis Park Neighborhood on foot, by bike or via transit will also be provided to observe and assess the built environment and its relationship to people, mobility, health and social connections. The observations and assessments collected by event participants will be shared with community advocates and stakeholders currently working to build a vital and healthy Mestizo-Curtis Park community.
