Please join The Africa Center in welcoming special guest speaker Mr. Phillip Mulari, as he engages us with Rwanda culture, and his journey from being raised in Uganda to repatriating back to his home country of Rwanda, so that he can give back to those who suffer from one of the world’s worst diseases, poverty. Phillip’s unique upbringing is one of resilience and perseverance, and one that deserves to be recognized and appreciated.
