Grants Readiness Assessment 

Are you and your organization actually ready to submit strong grant proposals? Successful grant writing depends upon the creation of strong organizational systems and documentation. Come to this training, led by Julia Alvarez from Point b(e) Consulting, to assess and strengthen your organization’s preparedness for grantwriting (and winning!). During this session, you will work through an assessment process, identify organizational gaps, and develop a road map for moving forward. We’ll cover logic models, theories of change, and the creation of other organizational boilerplate material useful for a variety of proposals. You’ll leave with templates for core documents and next steps to amplify your grant writing strategy.
