We are excited to invite you to the Horsebarn Eco Club Kickoff Party, hosted by Posner Center and Denver Urban Gardens.

Enjoy a variety of beverages and snacks, including wine (both alcoholic and non-alcoholic), beer (both alcoholic and non-alcoholic), juice, infused water, and a Mediterranean grazing platter, compliments of Posner Center.

Event Highlights:

• Brian Nelson, Posner Center Operations Manager, will present briefly on his efforts to engage our community in a campaign to improve waste diversion at the Horsebarn in 2024.
• Kristi Hatakka, DUG Compost Program Manager, will lead a brief sorting session of ‘difficult to recycle’ items that we divert to Ridwell.

This event is a fantastic opportunity to network with fellow community members who are passionate about supporting a sustainable work environment. Our goal is to create a community-led initiative focused on sustainability practices. We will set community norms at a future meeting.
