Cross-Pollinate Consulting Solutions will be hosting a LinkedIn Lunch-in presentation on February 9th from 12pm – 1pm in the IEE Global Classroom on the 2nd floor of Posner. Joe Livingston, Assistant Director of Career & Professional Development at Josef Korbel School of International Studies at the University of Denver, will be presenting on building professional LinkedIn profiles with a focus on job searching and seeking professional partnerships.

LinkedIn is a key networking tool for professionals in virtually any field. In 2012, LinkedIn reported there were more than 175 million registered users of the site, in more than 200 locations around the globe. The value of the site relies on the theory suggesting that all people are within six degrees of separation from each other. Once you build a following, your odds of connecting with potential employers, clients or business partners can be increased exponentially.
