Posner Center Social Justice Group

  •  September 15, 2016
     12:00 PM - 1:00 PM

The purpose of this group is to increase awareness and understanding on topics of social justice and to translate this knowledge into action within the network of Posner Center organizations. The specific topics for discussion, learning, and action would be determined by the group, but could include: diversity, inclusivity, racism, classism, privilege, power, ableism, LBGTQ topics, gentrification, and other topics, particularly as they relate to the work that our organizations conduct and the organizational cultures we maintain as a community.

This will be the first meeting of this group. All Posner Tenants are welcome. We plan to meet monthly for one hour, over brown-bag lunch. Ongoing attendance is welcomed, but not required. We’ll share leadership of the group, with all members bringing different skills and experiences to support the broader community.

Please RSVP below. Tenants Only.

We're sorry, but all tickets sales have ended because the event is expired.
