Konektid Global Finance Lunch with our partner AFEX: Discussion of Global Payments and Finance Questions for International NGOs and firms
As a non-profit or firm involved in international projects, the ability for your organization to send and receive payments cost effectively, quickly, and securely is a top priority. Paying partners, vendors, and employees overseas will leave your projects exposed to currency risk. Receiving payments via foreign government grants, international donors, and the like can also present challenges for managing costs, cash flow, and currency risk. It’s important to have effective strategies in place to ensure your organization is not subjected to the whims of the foreign currency market and challenges of managing global payments.
Come to this free lunch to discuss these and other questions you may have, or have not even thought to ask, about improving your global payments.
We will discuss various strategies for managing your global payments, as well as specific questions related to global payments for projects funded by donors such as USAID, World Bank, UN, and DFID.
Event will be hosted by Mike Shanley, Konektid’s CEO, and Chris Barlow, Global Payments Specialist at AFEX.
Free lunch will be provided thanks to AFEX.
This event is open to the public.
