Come hear from experts at CliftonLarsonAllen (CLA) about the most essential responsibilities for your Board of Directors. This presentation is intended for Board Chairs, Treasurers, Board Members, Executive Directors, and other staff who interface with the Board. They’ll discuss legal requirements for boards, board accountability, and what fiduciary responsibility on boards looks like in practice. They’ll discuss board roles, ED roles, and how the two can collaborate for greatest impact. Finally,they’ll review ‘value add’ board fiduciary duties and provide some examples of dashboards for financial reporting. A light lunch will be provided by CLA.
