September Session: Creating an Organizational Culture of Evaluation with Melissa Revotskie

There are formal monitoring exercises and robust analytical processes applied to data to gain insight and to design data-driven programs. Behind that, though, is a culture of evaluation – a mindset aimed at asking critical questions and a willingness to adaptively manage programs based on all available sources of information. While Melissa’s role is not explicitly focused on M&E, she has worked to help contribute to and build this culture of evaluation for the past three years at Water For People. Join us to hear some strategies for building a culture of evaluation and the value it has brought to Water for People.

Communities of Practice are open to Tenants and Members of the Posner Center only. Please join our community to participate, and contact our Program Director with any questions.
