July’s Topic:

This quarter of Organizational Leaders meetings will focus on how we navigate inherent power dynamics in the fact that we are based in the U.S. and do our work exclusively in low-resource countries, how to manage multinational teams through a more equitable way, etc. including naming the current discomfort of being Executive Directors of U.S. teams who are traveling and meeting in person again while many of our overseas teams are still on severe COVID-related lockdowns.

We alternate between a dedicated topic, often led by one of your peers, and a more open format, wherein folks bring the challenges, questions, or even current events for dialogue with one another.
