The Complete Improviser’s Guide to Happy Holidays

  •  December 18, 2019
     11:30 AM - 1:00 PM

Tis the season for stress, but at the Posner Center we know there is always a better way! Take a break with your fellow coworkers to play improv with a group of mental fitness coaches and an improv instructor to feel seriously prepared for whatever is on your mind as you continue to navigate the holidays.

….Busy Schedule, Work Parties, Kids and Family Events, Money for Gifts, Fundraising, In-Laws, Parents, Grief, Loneliness, Food, Alcohol, Fear, Anxiety, S.A.D., End of the Year Reporting, General Expectations…

YOU NAME IT, and you’ll play it out, tackling the fears and creating options for a positive outcome.

Join “The Culture Pioneers” and Grafenberg Productions for a fun afternoon of open discussion and improv games on your pain points and joys during the holiday season. You will learn strategies to help you overcome the stress, anxiety and depression that often accompany the “happiest time of the year,” and walk away with tools/strategies you can implement in a variety of situations.

Learn how to say Yes and No to maintain healthy boundaries and relationships. Discover and role play how to navigate tough situations and conversations, including with your own inner critic and negative thoughts. Leave empowered and ready to handle whatever the holiday season throws at you to make it a happy holiday, not a crappy holiday
