Minimum charge of 3 hours. All rental requests must include set up and clean-up time. There is a $50 flat-rate refundable security deposit for each Boardroom rental.

Max occupancy: 10 at the table or 16 open (seated around the room and seated around the table).

- (16) rolling chairs, plus access to additional vanilla stationary chairs, if needed

- (1) Whiteboard wall (entire width of the room)
- (1) Conference phone
- Mounted TV screen, capable of displaying presentations and/or videoconferencing
- Recycling and trash cans
- Access to shared WiFi
