Come meet Evan Thomas, COO and Principal Investigator DelAgua, one of Posner’s newest Tenants. Del Agua improves lives through the design, implementation and management of clean, smart, sustainable technology like water testing kits and clean cookstoves. To support Del Agua’s work, Evan and students at the SWEETLab at Portland State University have developed cell phone-based sensors to measure use of the stoves and filters, allowing them to remotely collect real time data and measure the true impact of their technologies on household health. Bring your own lunch and hear first-hand about this on-going innovative project.
