ToolBox: Moving from Chaos to Calm

Wellness through combating compassion fatigue and burnout.

Doing good work in the world often comes with many unintended consequences for those doing the work: stress, sleeplessness, and, eventually, burnout. Paying attention to our own needs can feel like a luxury and often goes ignored. However, creating healthy and sustainable approaches to work are an essential component of change-making. Join heart+head consulting to better increase your awareness of the effects of burnout and compassion fatigue on your quality of life and your work efficacy. In the workshop, we’ll identify appropriate self-care tools and mindfulness techniques to combat stress and burnout in your life.

Addressing personal wellness was the #1 requested support from Tenants in 2016 – don’t miss this chance to pay attention to yourself in support of the greater good!

Open to Tenants and Members Only. Please RSVP below!

Note: This is a shortened ToolBox (2 hours), with a one hour follow-up conversation in May to check in with the trainer and other participants on your progress! (Attendance at both sessions is recommended, but not required).

We're sorry, but all tickets sales have ended because the event is expired.
