Enjoy using your senses to learn different forms as well practice mindfulness in an interactive learning environment. Instructor Joanne Calabrese, from Colorado Mental Wellness Network, will lead this three session workshop which starts Thursday, June 4th meeting in the evening from 6:00 to 8:00 PM each Thursday through June 18th.
Participants will learn:
- The health benefits of a mindfulness practice
- How to establish a foundational practice
- Different ways to practice mindfulness including movement, listening and visual meditations
