A Case Study from Educate!

Everyone talks about it, but there’s little agreement on what ‘scale’ even means and when and how to pursue it. New Posner Center Tenant, Educate!, is currently in the process of massively scaling their model across East Africa. In 2013, they were serving 55,000 students in Uganda. By 2024, they plan to directly impact 1 million students and indirectly reach an additional 4 million students each year. Come learn from their journey and take time to consider the importance or role of scale in your endeavors. They will share the key drivers for undertaking scale, considerations when designing for scale and their challenges and successes along the way.
