Many of the best practices within collaboration seem obvious, yet organizations can struggle to allocate the time or appropriate resources to really address these needs. The Cultivation Center is offering this targeted training to address those common pain points, providing tools for aligning on decision-making, establishing how to work together and setting expectations. We will put these tools to use during the session, allotting time for actual collaboration-building among groups present.
All groups developing International Collaboration Fund proposals are strongly encouraged to attend with individuals from all collaborating organizations represented. You will have time to strengthen your partnership, which is the foundation of your proposal. Individuals looking to learn more or groups building non-ICF partnerships are also welcome.
