There’s a wealth of knowledge within organizations and this group is a space for addressing challenges, sharing resources, and supporting one another. We’re committed to group so you all can have the space to directly benefit from one another’s expertise.
This month’s session will focus on topics related to staffing: hiring practices, employee retention, staffing decisions.
- What kinds of non$ employee retention activities you have tried?
- What motivates people to work hard? What demotivates them? What role can appreciation play in retention or serve as a kind of non-monetary incentive?
- How is your organization staffed and how are you thinking of growing your staff (if you are)?How are people are finding and managing interns? What do you think you are doing well in this area that they would be willing to share?
- What are 1-2 key challenges you’re facing in this arena?
