Join local Certified Public Accountant Taylor, Roth & Co for an overview on an annual audit as well as putting together a 990. They will cover the reasons to have an audit, clarify audits vs. reviews, what to look for in an audit firm, how to prepare, and more. They will also provide a brief overview of the annual Form 990 IRS tax return and related corporate governance/policies addressed in the Form 990.

The presentation will be 30 minutes, followed by a more casual pizza and Q&A down in the Commons.
