Many organizations craft program logic models, but struggle to turn that work into effective evaluation. Join Elena Harman of Vantage Evaluation to learn how to move from a logic model to an evaluation plan. Attendees will prioritize subsections of program activities for evaluation, frame them into evaluation questions and identify appropriate methods to answer those key evaluation questions. The training will be most effective if you bring a current logic model, but you are also invited to pair up with someone who brings one or can work through a sample logic model at the training.
