Developing a 2015 Fundraising Plan

This interactive session will walk participants through a step-by-step process for creating a fundraising plan.  JVA Consulting will share tips and strategies for successful fund development planning with participants and allow participants to share effective strategies they have implemented.   Discussion topics will include:

• How to assess current fundraising strategies;
• How to align revenue development with mission and activities;
• How to “double down” on strategies that bring success and that leverage core competencies;
• What donors are looking for;
• How to integrate left brain (impact) and right brain (story) in all your asks, collateral, and campaigns;
• How to calculate the return on investment of different financing strategies; and
• How to involve everyone in your organization in fundraising

Participants will leave this session equipped with a template for a fund development plan, strategies for successful fundraising, and tools for achieving their goals.
