We’re starting yoga up again at the Horse Barn and we want you to join! So, begin your day with yoga every Wednesday morning, starting January 14th.
Build strength, increase flexibility, and aid balance while draining tension and increasing vitality.
Expect to breath deeply, move mindfully, focus and cultivate presence by connecting movement with breath.
Sharon’s classes are accessible and beneficial for beginners as well as more advanced practitioners. She will select postures tailored to individual students’ needs, offering modifications based on injuries and range of mobility.
Be sure to bring a yoga mat!
